CRISMOE metal pieces and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing errors for 10 years from the date of purchase from reseller, pursuant to presentation of the receipt. The manufacturer is accountable only for the product, not for shipping fees.

Warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Damage done to product due to falling, misuse, mishandling, improper installation and specification errors;
- Damage to the finishing due to improper cleaning (chemicals, thinners, abrasive soap-like substances, steel wool, sponges, acids etc;
- Application or adaptation of non-original or inadequate parts or complements;
- Products installed for PUBLIC USE, whose warranty period is reduced in 50%.
- Natural or use-caused wear in finishing and components.

In case your product needs maintenance, send it to the closest reseller or contact our Commercial Department for additional information on the subject. In order to speed service to clients and resellers, each product submitted for repair is assigned an authorized return of goods (RAM) number that will be the same through arrival, technical assessment, repair and return.

Product exchanges are allowed as long as meeting our product specifications is shown to be impossible; in such case, after proper analysis by our technical department, the client will be offered the exchange for a similarly valued product or, at the client's discretion, for a higher valued product, the offset price being paid by the client.
